The hotel sits conveniently close to Piazzale Roma so getting around was easy. The room provided ample space with beautiful views of the canal and garden. The provided bed felt quite comfortable and bathroom features were excellent too.

The thermostat did not seem to function correctly in the room. As a result, the room became warm during the night. I had to open the window for air, but this allowed mosquitoes to enter.

The breakfast offered a varied selection, I appreciated the variety available each morning. The breakfast room faces the Grand Canal. Watching the morning traffic added to the experience. Tables were well-spaced. That allowed for quiet enjoyment.

I really enjoyed the hotel's nice gardens with breakfast seating right on the canal. It was a perfect start to each day. the room was spacious and clean, and everything was in proper working order. the staff was also helpful with directions and arranging a private water taxi that picked us up right at the hotel's private boathouse.

the thermostats in the rooms did not seem to work effectively. this resulted in the room becoming too hot. it was quite uncomfortable at times.
